CMS encourages patients and caregivers to submit written input describing their real-world experience with selected medications. CMS is seeking insight into how these treatments affect daily life, health stability, unmet medical needs, and what happens when access changes or alternatives are considered. Personal experience — including how a medication works for you, how it supports independence, and how treatment disruptions affect you or your loved one — is an important part of the review process.

Written statements must be submitted through the official CMS portal no later than March 1, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

Patients and caregivers do not need to submit medical records or formal research. CMS is seeking clear, real-world insight into how these medications affect daily life, treatment stability, and access to care.
