In order to meet the changing ways that patients access information and community, a new version of the Rheumatoid & Arthritis Connection (theRAConnection) was launched February 1. The new version allows patients and their caregivers to access daily news, connect with others with a single click from their mobile device, and expands theRAConnnection’s reach to include individuals with other bone and joint health concerns, inflammatory rheumatoid conditions, arthritis, and overall bone and joint health issues.
Since its launch in 2015, theRAConnection has served thousands of individuals with rheumatoid arthritis. Over these years, it has become increasingly clear that the management of RA overlaps with many other inflammatory conditions — and some individuals are impacted by more than one disease. Moreover, the impact of these conditions and their treatment has consequences for overall bone and joint health and well-being.
To better serve patients’ needs, theRAConnection has added rich content to support the many ongoing needs of individuals battling rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and lupus.
