You have until February 16th to comment on the IVI value model for rheumatoid arthritis.
The Innovation and Value Initiative (IVI), an organization dedicated to better understanding value in health care, is calling for comments on its Open-Source Value Project, a first-of-its-kind effort that engages all health care stakeholders in an open process to find consensus in the way we measure value in health care treatments and services. This open-source tool establishes a platform for the development of dynamic, transparent and flexible models that will allow any health care stakeholder to scientifically measure value in health care treatments or services. The first open-source tool is focused on measuring value in treatments for rheumatoid arthritis.
The Open Source Value Project tool relies on user input from stakeholders across the health care community – especially patients – to hone our understanding of value. The open source and iterative design of the Open Source Value Project allows for unparalleled user impact. This is where IVI needs your help. You can contribute your perspective by reviewing the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) value model and offering your feedback. It will contribute to refining the final model and influence IVI’s ongoing effort to redefine value assessment from the ground up.
Here’s how it works:
The comment deadline for the IVI-RA model is February 16th, 2018, so be sure to submit your comments on the IVI website forum, or via e-mail at research@thevalueinitiative.org.
